Creme Brulee Cupcakes OMG

OK so I have been kind of busy since I started this blog. I took a tall cakes class and made a lovely Valentine cake. It was a 6 inch round on top of a 10 inch round. The flavor was devils food with a chocolate marshmallow cream filling. You can check it out on Facebook@ We Are Cake. Anyway I mad Creme Brulee cupcakes today! Can you say OMG! They are fantastic! I served warm ones to my family after dinner tonight and they were a BIG hit!My advice on these is that you need to bake w/o papers, dip the tops into the frosting let cool and then place in cupcake wrappers :)Tomorrow I will whip out a new recipe!
