Don't confuse Baking Powder with Baking soda :)

So today I was running around, helped out at Jaden's class and then did groceries and a couple other errands. In stead of chilling out and regrouping, I started dinner and began the Brownie Cupcakes! I thought all was well as they baked away in the oven. Low and behold when I pulled them out, they looked like little volvcanoes! Yep I added Baking Soda and not Baking Powder! Ugh.... On the bright side they are still delish and now I have a place for a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream to be. Stay tuned to see how tomorrow goes :)
