Zuchinni Pine Nut Cupcakes

We have been busy collecting orders for Super Bowl Sunday! It has been soo much fun and can't wait to get to work :)
So today I made the "Zuchinni Pine Nut Cupcakes" Let me just say that you MUST like Pine Nuts! This cupcakes is definately not sweet, and its seems more like a muffin to me. I'm not saying that it's gross or anything, just that It's not my favorite :) Not sure whats on the menu tomorrow, but I guarantee you it will be something!

    Maybe if paired with a sweet cream cheese frosting?
